For our second Disney Date Night, our film was my pick, Johnny Tsunami, so I tried my hand at a pineapple dish I had been wanting to make for a while.
I walked away from the liquor store tasting pleasantly surprised, and with a bottle in my arm.
I’ve had this rum before and didn’t particularly like it then. But I wanted to give it another shot. I see it’s potential, but it’s not my particular favourite.
